Our first live-in flip is going so well! Were doing nearly all the renovations on our own, including handmade home decor too! We plan on staying a few more years to get the no capital gains tax benefit.
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
We moved across the country and really wanted to start investing, but only had money for one property. We love doing the renovations on our own and can't wait for our next one!

We found it on MLS and negotiated with a realtor since it was our first one.
