Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $85,000
Cash invested: $17,000
Sale price: $142,000

My first home. LIved in it for 18 mos. Moved out to 2955 NE 60th Ave (duplex). Sold in 2002 and did a 1031 exchange to purchase 3812-3818 N Borthwick Ave.
