Need an easy ROI software, windows, single family properties

I am growing a small single family property rental business, 11 properties so far. I have hired a property management company to handle the day-to-day and they have good contacts with local big name companies for rentals. I need an easy ROI software, yes I have been doing everything with pen and paper until now, to look at the entire picture of the growing business. I am very good with identifying potential profit properties but not good with accounting.
