Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $130,000

4 bed & 2 bath that I bought as my first home and lived in till I got the courage to start investing in real estate.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

Knew it was the right thing.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Nothing special. At the time it wasn’t that good of a deal, but since I lived in it for a few years and received a low interest rate it turned into a great deal.

How did you finance this deal?

VA loan

Rented out this unit and using the income as money for the next investment.
