Checking HVAC when power is off before making offer

Brad Swearingen
Posted

I am looking for my first flip and found a possible house. The power is off and the HVAC looks to be between 6-12 years old. How do I price this in my repairs estimate if I can’t see if it works? How do you account for it in the estimate?

Thanks!

Brad
