Starting a Core Real Estate Investment Fund
I'm an investor in multi-unit residential, and recently spoke to a few colleagues who are now Hedge Fund managers and I-bankers, regarding starting a Real Estate Core Investment Fund. Wondering if anyone's done this before, and would be willing to share their experience?
