Should I sell my property for a loss?

Should I sell my property for a loss?

Purchase price: $300k
FHA loan with 3.5% down
Monthly Rent: $2,800
Monthly Mortgage payment: $1,935
Water bill: $70
Last year it costs me $7k on repair because it is an old property.
I bought it in Summer 2017. It is the Class B property located in a nice area with constant rentals demand
After adding all expenses and see I only make profit of $200/month and -4% CoC.
I am trying to decide if it makes sense to keep the house or to sell it. I know it is a buyer market so is it wise to sell now or hold it and wait a little bit? Please advise

@Anastasia Tran Care to give us an address, or at least a neighborhood/zip code? $2,800/month for a $300K duplex isn't bad in the Philly area if it is a true class B area. Your main issue may just be that it's hard to cashflow a Class B property with 3.5% down. We usually throw 25-35% down.
