Prior development of same type community in Murrells Inlet, SC
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
Offer by original developer as joint project. I provided construction and sales management. They provided land and bank financing
How did you finance this deal?
Partner porvided all funding
How did you add value to the deal?
Experience in development, construction and new home sales management. Took of all day-to-day work on site, sales, accounting, marketing
What was the outcome?
We have 12 home to complete and close as of March 2019
