Purchase price: $144,000
Cash invested: $23,000

Wholesale off-market deal. Sent postcards to absentee owners with high equity. Purchased with Hardmoney. Purchase price $144,00 $20k rehab $238,000 ARV. Currently rehabbing property to flip.
