Question about Fourplex investment

I have been doing single family homes ( flipping) for about 1 year and I was thinking about buying a 4 unit building but am still not sure and is nothing about them is just me that I listen a lot good and bad things about multi family buildings, is any one can get me advice or goods and cons about it, am just trying to know more about this field.
