Thank you and yes I meant Inf%. Also I included Capex I was just experimenting with numbers and left out when trying to determine how it would impact inf%. That said I typically but 5-7% for Capex. Thank you again!

@Sterling Green you are not financing the purchase price or rehab according to your numbers. According to your number you are rehabbing the units with the tenants in place otherwise if you rehab 1 at a time you would 50% vacancy. You will have to 6 months seasoning after rehab. post rehab no CAPEX.  I think your question is inf% means. After you refi you will have none of money in the deal so you are getting infinite returns on your money.
