Cash invested: $60,000
Sale price: $135,000
Town home that had been sitting for 5 years vacant and tore down to studs after a major flood, purchased with 2 partners. complete rehab from the studs out, new cabinets, subfloors, floors, drywall, base boards, etc. After rehab leased the property out for 1 year then sold.
