[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
Hey everyone, I've been analyzing deals for a while looking to make my first real estate investment. This is the most promising one I've found so far. It's off market and valued at $169,000. I can potentially get it for $130,000 and put 12-15k in it to increase the value 10%. Since it's my first deal, I'd love some feedback before I take the plunge. Thanks!
