I have a silent partner investing in an Airbnb.

The Deal looks like this:  

Purchase Price: $110,000

20% Down: $22,000

Closing: $2,000

Furnishing: $5,000

Silent Partner is bringing 10K to this deal.  Can someone give me guidance, and is there a place to get a template for arranging this deal.
