What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
I have always been interested in doing work within real estate. This property seemed to encompass most of what I wanted to do at the time; that being, taking something that had decades of deferred maintenance and bringing it into the 21st century.
How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?
Real estate agent. There was hardly much negotiation.
