Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Oxon Hill.

Purchase price: $200,000
Cash invested: $200,000

I rent a single family home that I wholly own (no mortgage) and am looking to buy, hold and rent more using financing.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I used to live here, then moved out and started renting it.

How did you finance this deal?

Was originally financed via conventional loan, then a few years ago I had enough cash to pay off the loan so I did, now it is free and clear and generates positive monthly cash flow with very little expense.
