My second Wholesale deal

Investment Info:

Single-family residence wholesale investment in Columbus.

Purchase price: $50,000
Cash invested: $1,100
Sale price: $57,500

Single-family home, tired landlord.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The owners were really nice and motivated. I wanted to work with them.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I sent out mailing.

How did you finance this deal?

My credit card.

How did you add value to the deal?

I closed fast with my buyers.

What was the outcome?

Everyone was happy on closing day.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

I need more cash buyers.

Not on this deal.
