Estimate on converting garage to studio apartment
Any ideas on how to estimate the cost of converting a garage into a studio unit? Not sure of garage square footage. Home is listed at $150K, 3 bed 1 bath, 4 minutes away from Biltmore (Asheville, NC).
My thoughts are seeing if the seller owns it free and clear (if so, seller finance) and use hard money on the renovation/rehab.
