I bought this home before I found bigger pockets. I was already house hacking before I knew what house hacking was. I always knew that to have good retirement you needed property and that's why I bought my first home. I rent out the 2 rooms on the main floor and the basement. Had I'd known about bigger pockets before this purchase I definitely would've gone with a duplex.
