What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
Finding out that my next assignment was in Wichita Falls, we noticed that our Basic Allowance for Housing (BAH) didn't cover enough to get us in any decent home, but we could purchase a home of much better quality to live in.

Zillow, talked with owners and agreed on a price.
