First Rental property bought with CASH

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Fort Worth.

Purchase price: $150,000
Cash invested: $155,000

Found it fair price for this property on MLS. So I bought it with CASH to get started the journey of investing world.

@Koleton Daley thanks! When I put "For Rent" sign at the front yard, within a couple days a lot of people showed interest since the location is good for commuting. I have tenants there now. The rent is $1450 for the first year and I will increase it $50 more next term.
