Purchased a 2 bed/ 2 bath condo with a partner, light rehab and furnishing. We presently rent it on AirBNB / VRBO and cashflow about $600/mo after all expenses. We are in an area close to downtown/festivals/tourist areas but because there is a lot of student housing around us, the complex was still relatively affordable at the time of purchase.
