triplex, back yard, 3 garages, close to Mills college, store and business
What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?
moving up a bit and trying to get some of th college students that could not afford to stay on campus.

driving for dollars, daily discussion on where we wanted to go and what we wanted to accomplish

revamp the home, updated it, and made it somewhere we would like to live.
