My first rental property!

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $220,000
Cash invested: $64,000

Beautiful 2 Bedroom 2.5 bath 2 car garage Condo in Warren County NJ.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

I was able to assist a family friend who wanted to relocate to be closer to work and family and start my real estate investment objectives

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

On the MLS

How did you finance this deal?

Bank loan

How did you add value to the deal?

Nothing

What was the outcome?

I was able to have a tenant approved and ready to move in the day I closed on the property.

Lessons learned? Challenges?

That I need to do a better job on using BP calculators.

@Ken Moyer congrats! are you going to be making good cash flow on the deal?

i have always been weary of condos because of the HOA fees etc. does this one have fees that are reasonable?
