Loan Service Company for Subject Too
Question.
I have a deal in which I plan on subject to in which I can plan on doing as a owner fiance. I have a tittle company who knows how to do these transactions however I was advised to find a loan servicing company who can assist with wrap transactions and putting my deal together so I can owner fiance it. Does anyone have any information it such or the process of how to owner fiance property.
