Potential House Hack
I'm looking for my first house hack and I live in a smaller town where prices aren't sky high. I have been to this property before and, to be blunt, it was in horrible condition. I also know that this is not the best area of town, so I factored both of these into the numbers. Does anyone have any thoughts or advice after looking through the report below? It honestly just seems to good to be true lol. I'm open to any and all help.
