Hey there NP Nation, I’m back again to share my most recent project just completed.
I purchased this single family deal just over a year ago for $850,000. I put $550,000 into the demo and construction of this new single family home with over 2900 SF, 2 stories, 3 view decks, 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, large chef’s kitchen with top of the line appliances, huge yard, attached 2 car garage, and built in BBQ, fridge and bar seating for 7 on the backyard patio. I also have plans to add a pool if the buyers want it or a sports court as the backyard has plenty of room for it. Listed for $1,895,000, I am hopeful to have multiple offers on this fantastic property and should make a nice profit at sale.
