I just wanted to say it has been really exciting lately to see existing members become more involved on the forums and also new members looking to contribute.

Remember nobody here will vilify you for not knowing an answer or asking a question. Nobody has all the answers and we learn from each other sharing and discussing.

We all get better reading topics by learning new things of what to do as well as what not to do regarding various aspects of real estate investing.

I love learning everyday and the wealth of knowledge on here is incredible!!

Thanks Josh for your early days of sacrifice of sticking with this concept and seeing it come to be the dominant investment resource that it is today.
