Single-family residence fix & flip investment in N Merrick.

Purchase price: $379,000
Cash invested: $58,000

Creative Dreams Realty totally renovated this house top to bottom inside and out another great house remodel by me and my cousin. We put out a great product we just need help finding better deals and network more.

How did you add value to the deal?

By totally renovating this house and bring the AVR up

What was the outcome?

We renovated this house in 2 1/2 months and then sold it

Thanks alot we try to put out a great product so we can grow our business we do each house like were going to live there. Our ARV was $585,000 and profit was around $60,000. We joined bigger pockets to network find leads and meet people to help us grow and find better deals
