Investment Info:

Small multi-family (2-4 units) other investment.

Purchase price: $150,000
Cash invested: $50,000

I currently hold 6 investment properties. They consist of multifamily dwellings ranging from duplexes to quads. I am always looking to acquire more properties, while assisting clients to transact and guide them on THEIR real estate journey.
