Property near potable water well installation project by JEA

Hey All,

Would love some input from y'all. Im looking at an interesting duplex property where, not more than 2 houses away, JEA owns (and is working on) 3 vacant lots for the installation of a Potable Water Well (screenshot: https://prnt.sc/rddvse). I was wondering what effect, if any, this project will have on properties in the area. Will the value of the properties go up or down, even if there is no direct correlation with the project. Also, does anyone know if it will affect rentals in any way?
