Duplex in Bradenton FL

Just closed on a duplex n Bradenton FL. Purchase price is 192k. I financed deal using conventional lender. 25% down.

The property will need about 10k in rehab (needs new hvac and update bathrooms). It is already rented to tenants bringing in 2,250 per month. Great looking deal so far, very excited about getting more deals like this in this area. Any other investors in Bradenton FL?

ARV is between 215 -230k depending on finishes. Not a lot of equity but its a start for me.

At least you have some equity that gives you a safety cushion. Congrats again on your first property!
