[Calc Review] Help me analyze this deal
How's it going BP family! This is actually one of my first full length deals run through the calc., now finally coming to a close. Im open to all forms of critique.
I am newly operating as GM for my mentors Disaster relief and Design build company, Philcor Solutions. That being said I don't know all of the numbers, just estimates. Basically were converting a 2/1 into a 5/3 in Atlanta's East Lake/ Kirkwood neighborhood. I'm excited to use these awesome calc's. as much as possible, but I did have a slight difficulty interpreting what exactly the results meant.
Please advise, first of many.
