Colorado Springs Investment

Investment Info:

Single-family residence buy & hold investment in Colorado Springs.

Purchase price: $230,000
Cash invested: $230,000

This is a house that we lived in. We decided to hold onto it when we moved to NC. Colorado Springs is a growing city with Denver being maxed out and there are 3 military bases near the residence. We are currently getting $1850/ month on a 3yr lease. We did not have to put anything into it for rent. However, after this lease is up we are deciding whether or not to put new floors in as the carpet is getting worn down.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

The market of Colorado Springs and the rentibility around 3 military bases

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

It is our previous residence

How did you finance this deal?

Its paid in full

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

We are using Pink Realty as a management service.
