Cash invested: $70,000
I purchased this 2 bed 1 bath in the summer of 2019 for $110k. I put in approximately $70k into the deal. I had final offers of $250k for the house, however, I knew my next purchase would be my personal residence. At this time the RE market was high and I did not want to pay market value for my personal residence. I ended up refinancing the house, some cash and kept equity in the house for safety. My plan is to rent this house in a few years after I acquire a few rentals and move into another house.
