Investment Info:

Single-family residence fix & flip investment.

Purchase price: $112,500
Cash invested: $40,000
Sale price: $205,000

This was a foreclosed 3-bedroom 1.5 bath single family ranch in Keansburg, NJ. The property was distressed; however, a majority of the work was cosmetics. Being this was my first investment, I was torn between selling or doing the BRRRR method, before I knew of bigger pockets. I bought the house for $112k and sold it six months later for $205k. I put in about $40k in rehab - labor and materials.
