Bigger Pockets Rental Property Calculator
Hey BiggerPockets fam! I just tried using the Rental Analysis tool on the bigger pockets website on a multi family property with the purchase price being $730,000 with a 20% down payment. It said the cash I would need is $106,000. When I did the 20% of 730,000 on my phone calculator it said 20% of 730,000 is 146,000. Has anyone else experienced something like this or did I maybe do something wrong? Please help!
