Calculating rent for a single family home

Hello everyone. I am starting to analyze properties and I am looking to see how much the subject property will potentially rent for. I am looking for other rents on zillow and craigslist to find a similar comparable property but I cannot find one at all. There are many sold house comparables. Is it just that this house isn't meant to be rented and only bought and sold? I also heard rentometer by itself isn't enough and I have to compare with my research.

@Michael Giaquinto you're right that there isn't much to go on and I don't know the area very well so this may be off but I'd guess most likely $2,000 ish based on
