New Construction Numbers & Analysis

Hey investors, my partners and I have a rental portfolio and I put together commercial residential deals. I want to pull the trigger on a deal with a new small team doing a new construction in a rural area. I want to take a fresh perspective on it.

Where can I find great information on putting the expectations of this deal together? It is like doing an extensive flip or a value add on a commercial building but any insight on the unforeseen expectations of this project would be great. Thanks in advance...

Hey can you share the actual details of the deal? New construction is tough to make work unless there is in place rent proving it will work.
