ROE calculation on Excel

Fran Arti
Posted

Hi, mates:

Hope you and your loved ones are safe and healthy. And your businesses thrive!

I have been doing some calculations about exit strategies for multifamily property investments and dont know how to use excel to display a graphic (only numbers will be awesome too), that, when I fill in the spreadsheet with all the data for one of the planned alternatives, to see when the best time to refinance/sell because of the ROE.

Can you guys shed some light about this?

Thanks!

I wouldn't waste your time creating an excel spreadsheet for an analyzer when you can use someone else's for really cheap. I bought Michael Blank's Multifamily Syndicated Deal Analyzer for a one time fee of $130. It has everything I need on there and if I need to change anything or add anything, it's super easy, and I saved a TON of time by not trying to create one myself.
