Land in Palm Bay Florida

Hello BiggerPockets,

I need some advice. I own a 1/4 of an acre lot in Palm Bay Florida. I'm not sure what to do with it. Does anyone have any suggestions of what I should do?  Should I build a house to Rent? Would it be worth it? Put a mobile home on it?  All ideas are welcome.
