Investment Info:

Townhouse buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $155,000
Cash invested: $1

I currently house hack my townhouse on 15 year fixed. Rents bring in $1,100/month, and all in expenses are $1,515/month including HOA. I live in the basement for cheap while on a 15 year fixed loan!
