Advice for northern nj newbie investor
I live in northern nj. I'm a newbie investor, I own a % of 1 property so far through an LLC but I'm looking to start doing my own.
I have decent cash for a beginner but am almost overloaded with info when researching. Can I invest in northern nj and still make money? should I be looking out of state? What do people do to find deals and know it’s a good deal?
I’ve also went on a few showings but struggle estimating repair costs as a beginner.
Not looking for answers for everything just advice.
