Hi - new to real estate. found a property that is for 135K, legally 4 units. in balitmore city on W. Fayette st. repairs are 100K. ARV is about 300K at the LOW end...and i would want to aim for this and base my numbers off the worst case scenario.
rent is about 700 to 800 a unit.
good llc buy?
