BiggerPockets Insights Usage

I have a zip code analysis spreadsheet I have been tooling around with for a bit. It is to help me identify DMM zip codes that fit what I want more reliably in my local market. One of the things I would like to do is put average or median rent rates into it. BP Insights is a nice tool but it doesn't look like we as users have any real access other than just a single zip code query. Am I missing something here or are there more components that are available for use that I am missing? It would be hard for me to update rents quarterly or such without being able to either download data and filer on a lookup rule or supply a CSV or such to pull back the numbers I am specifically looking for.

I just tried to get BP insights on the phone app and can’t see data from bp insights. I would think you should be able to access this data on your phone or download it like you want to do for what you and I are paying for pro. Hopefully someone from the site will respond to your request.
