Awesome location. Mixed Use. Views of State Capitol and UT Tower. Small Space. Needs to be staged / set up better. Been on market over 200 Days. Highly desirable area. Looking to Wholesale or Buy/Hold with small group. All cash investors. No loan. My GC company will do all Reno. Great Flex/Short Term property or possible Shared-Living Space.
