Single-family residence buy & hold investment.
Purchase price: $190,800
Cash invested: $20,000
Sale price: $294,000
We ended up doing a 1031 exchange on this property after about 3 years. Our initial investment was around $20k. Of which, we turned into almost $90k. Then turned around and got 2 more rental properties.
