Semi Retired in 5 Years! (With 5 properties)
I just wanted to send encouragement to all the newer investors out there.
I own 5 properties, I live very comfortably, and I'm semi-retired from work at the age of 24. I just want to say to all the newbies out there looking for you don't need to take massive action. But it's important to take action regardless. House Hack. Buy Out of State. Live Below your means. You KNOW what to do. It's just time to freaking do it.
Simple not Easy. So go out and get it!
