Single-family residence buy & hold investment.

Purchase price: $70,000
Cash invested: $20,282

Monthly cashflow: $308

Single family home located in Memphis TN. 3BR 2bth, located in a C neighborhood.

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

on-market through my agent

How did you finance this deal?

30-year conventional loan

Did you work with any real estate professionals (agents, lenders, etc.) that you'd recommend to others?

I worked with an agent who also runs a PM company and a multi state lender (APM Mortgage).
