Multi Famil Cashflow & Value analysis (Form)?
I am a Commercial Real Estate Broker and I have a multifamily apartment complex listing and I am wondering what everyone uses for there analysis like a spreadsheet or software to analyze the cashflow & valuation. Do you have something that I can use to plug in the income and expenses and also determine the value?????
